    • From a representative office 60 years ago, Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd upgraded its operations in Thailand to a branch office in 1960. In 1993 the company became known as K Line (Thailand) Ltd. (KTL)

      Independent, competitive and innovative, K Line (Thailand) Ltd has built on “K” Line's corporate strength extending back to the year 1919 since its foundation.

    • “K” LINE is a pioneer in having put the first large car carrier into the market, with safety and speed as the core of our marine transport services.

      “K” LINE first introduced its multi-purpose automobile and bulk carriers in 1968, starting with Toyota Maru No. 1. In 1970, Toyota Maru No. 10 was placed into service as Japan’s first specialized car carrier, so-called PCC (Pure Car Carrier).
      “K” LINE has been operating a large number of PCCs ever since.
      Company has been steadily pouring long-accumulated experience and techniques into realization of safe, damage-free transport for valuable complete cars transported under our service during cargo handling operations as well as during the ocean voyage.
      In recent years, production sites have been expansively shifting from the traditional vehicle-producing countries to emerging industrial countries and the necessity for greater diversity of global logistics will eventually increase.
      To tackle such diversifying global logistics, we are endeavoring to meet customer needs by reinforcement of services in the Southeast Asia, Oceania, Indian Ocean and EU, etc.
