“K” Line adds Niagara Highway to its fleet, as the last vessel of 13 Post-Panamax fleet
On 25th March,2019, Niagara Highway, constructed by Imabari Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd, has joined to our fleet as the last vessel of 13 Post-Panamax class series.
Starting with Hawaiian Highway, sailed out in July 2015, we have successively added 2-4 vessels each year. Now they serve as our core fleet with brand new hull design and huge carrying capacity of 7500 units. Drive Green Highway, which is also a part of our Post-Panamax fleet, was awarded Ship of the Year 2016 as a leading ship with advanced environmental technologies.
Niagara Highway will begin her maiden voyage from Japan to Australia in March.
